To book a complimentary initial consultation or ask any questions, simply use the form found under the Book Now tab or the Atelier Intro section.
We’ll begin by understanding your style, timeline, and everyday needs, then discuss the services you’re most interested in and what’s included. We’ll share how we thoughtfully tailor each project and outline next steps and ongoing communication.
Clients in the Greater Houston area may enjoy in-person services, with virtual consultations available upon request. For those located elsewhere, we provide fully virtual appointments.
We will use the initial consultation to discover your preferred styles and colour palettes, and tailor the design to your preferences.
Everything we select for you — from nursery furniture to toys, clothing, and everyday essentials — is thoughtfully researched to match your style, and any specific preferences, such as eco-friendly options or particular materials. We source from trusted brands and small businesses we love, and always aim for a balance of beauty, functionality, and safety. You’ll receive a curated selection to approve before anything is purchased, so you’re always in control.

We’ll integrate anything you love into the new design and accessory plan whenever possible, so you get a cohesive look without unnecessary purchases.
Following your initial consultation:
• Registry suite: Your registry will be delivered within 5–10 business days.
• Accessory suite: Allow 5–10 business days for us to prepare your shopping list, followed by 3–5 business days to place orders once you’ve approved the list. We will then schedule a time in to walk you through the items shortly after all items have arrived.
• Design Suite: Your nursery design will be delivered within 5–10 business days. If your package includes a curated shopping list, please allow an additional 5–10 business days for us to compile it.
For nursery setup, timelines depend on retailer shipping times. Once you’ve signed off on the shopping list, we aim to place all orders within 3–5 business days, and will schedule your setup appointment once delivery windows are confirmed—typically shortly after all items have arrived.
Priority support is available upon request and tailored to each project. Our Priority Service delivers your curated registry, nursery design, or accessory shopping list within three business days. Once approved, we handle next steps, ordering, and white-glove coordination as needed.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to pre-purchase any of our packages as a gift. We’ll then arrange the Atelier Intro call directly with your recipient to get started.
Before any purchases are made, you’ll have the chance to fully review and approve the full shopping list. Exchanges may be possible depending on the retailer’s policy and we’re happy to assist with those. For returns, clients are responsible for managing them directly, as our fees covers the time and care spent sourcing and coordinating purchases.
